All About Me
My name is Sarah Dobby and I'm a professional genealogist/family historian. I’ve been tracing family history since 2008 when I first saw Who Do you Think You Are on TV. I have a diploma in Genealogy and I studied archaeology and history at A Level. I have also undertaken a course in genealogy run by the University of Strathclyde. I have a BSc (Hons) in Technology with Business Studies and an MSc in International Conference Management, both from Sheffield Hallam University. I have a taken courses run by Derbyshire County Council and Derbyshire Archive. I am a member of Norfolk Family History Society.
I am also a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) and I am listed with Derbyshire Archives as a record agent and transcriber. I'm also listed on Cyndi's List which is a list of all genealogy sites on the Internet.
