Family History Research England offers a range of packages to suit all budgets starting from just £200. There are also hourly or daily rates. All packages are for ancestors who lived in England and Wales (Scotland by request but will have a different cost due to the prices records are charged at). All the information you receive will be completely unique and personalised to you and can be adapted to your needs. If none of these packages meet your requirements please contact me and I will tailor a package for you. All the packages would make a great unique, bespoke present that is completely personalised.

Package 1 traces 1 ancestor back 3 generations with prices starting from £250. More information can be found here

All Packages have the basic cost as it states above. The Packages can all be upgraded to include birth, marriage and death certificates. These are charges at the cost price of £11 each. If you only want a few certificates then you only pay for what you want on top of the basic price.
With all packages I require a deposit before work commences to cover the cost of purchasing certificates which the Government charges £11 each for birth, marriage and death certificates sent via post. These certificates are for birth, marriages and death only and were not available before 1837.
All packages will give you:
- Full report including copies of all sources and certificates used. This will vary in length depending on the package but the minimum would be around 50 pages.
- Timeline of your family
- Definition of surnames where available
- Family Tree per start ancestor
- GEDCOM files so you can view your full tree or have it professionally printed
Packages are delivered by email but can be supplied in printed form. Please see individual packages for details.
I specialise in late 1700’s to mid 1900’s but will consider all time periods.
All work will be carried out to the best of my ability with the sources available to me and I abide by the Association of Professional Genealogists code of conduct. If there are any problems I will contact you so we can discuss how you would like to proceed.
If you want to purchase a package as a present please give me at least 3 months to carry out the work as certificates can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
